This project for Yale University included construction of two building additions and installation of key heating and cooling components: a new chiller, a 70,000 lb/hr boiler and two new cooling towers. The schedule for this project was extremely tight, and, because of time constraints, O&G self-performed all selective demolition, excavation work and concrete-related work. As CM O&G was required to establish and maintain project schedules, control all project documents and monitor all project costs.

We tracked all activities and worked with the different engineering disciplines to deal with any issues that came up. The Expedition computer system that O&G uses for project monitoring, documentation and cost follow-up, worked extremely well on this very complex project.
