This project consisted of a 12,000 SF renovation to the existing library and construction of 58,000 SF of new classrooms and science laboratories. O&G worked closely with Graham Gund Architects, Cambridge, Massachusetts, on numerous budget estimates and value engineering proposals to keep the project in line with the Owner’s budget.  Because this building was constructed in the heart of the campus, abutting such student intensive activities as use of the Library, safety, security and disruptions became crucial to the School and the focus of O&G’s CM effort.
